We had been looking to buy a timeshare for over 5 years i had made countless enquires with various other timeshare agents, and without exception they were hopless, communication was terrible and i had almost given up hope, but when I made an enquiry to these guys, within a few days we had deal lined up and it was all completed in a few weeks. nice and straight forward. i would highly reccomend them if you are looking to buy, and i guess the seller had and equally efficient experience

These guys are pretty good at raising finance when you need it, the rates are not great but when you need money and the banks are impossible to deal with they do a good job.

This is a review of their sales process rather than their product, i was reviewing over 30 channel manager software products and hostway got on the shortlist of the final 3. I read a review here that they sneak in an additional 1% processing fee on all payments, on top of the payment provider fees. I asked Hostaway to clarify this and they skirted around the answer, in the end i had to ask 3 times before i got clarity on this. I really feel it is unethical to have this hidden charge. they can charge what they like of course but i was really close to signing with them and i would have been comitting to perhaps an additional £3000 per year in costs i was not expecting

my "listed until sold" advert got shut down because i did not respond to their "is it still for sale" reminder. not a great aspect or their system

Terrible experience, in my view their invoices are deliberately confusing to hide charges, it looked like we were being surcharged 50% (yes 50%) on some purchases, but it was too confusing to know for sure, i sent 3 urgent email queries to them over a period of a month voicing my concerns and asking for help, each was ignored. so i sent them an email saying i had cancelled the direct debit, i then got a call within 12 minutes of that email !!! I refused to pay the surcharge for the last 2 weeks (they had been imposing the 50% surcharge for 5 months!) i offered to pay the pump price, but they wanted their last bit of blood from me. Well they have my money but NEVER EVER AGAIN my Business. Be Warned

This is an edited review, it was originally 1 star but I have upgraded it to 3 stars after the intervention of their customer services team who have listened to my concerns and have been very helpful at resolving issues. I would still advocate properly studying the small print in the agreement so you absolutely know what you are committing to.
