Problem resolved!

The engineer turned up on time, fixed the problem (a blocked sensor), demonstrated the problem and how he fixed it (so in theory I could self fix if it happened again,and how to avoid it occurring in the future).

Successful ordering of walking trousers

I needed another pair of outdoor walking trousers that i already had and really like. I managed to find them online using the selection filters. The pictures displayed confirmed they were the same pair as I already had.
The completion of the ordering process was straight forward, and the currier (DPD) information for delivery was well communicated.

This has been my first experience of…

This has been my first experience of home delivered plug plants. What a great way of buying multiple plants cheaply.
My only gripe is that although the plants were clearly labelled within the sections of the container from A to F, in one pack the plants were in sections C to H, so I now have to work out which ones are which.
The plants have all arrived safely and healthily, and were very easy to remove from their plugs and planted on.
I will surely be using this method again in the future.

Ordered a case of best selling whites…

Ordered a case of best selling whites online, which was very easy including using some vouchers. Case arrived two days later via yodel within the time they had given me on their app.
The whole experience from start to finish went like clockwork.

Conveyancing on the sale of 119 The Greenway, KT18 7HY

Team did an efficient, timely and professional job conveyancing the sale of my late aunt's house, exactly as required. Thank you.

Only reason for not being 5 star is that I felt that the communication and coordination with the Simpson Millar probate team could have been better at the start of the relationship e.g. having to explain that the fees and moneys paid were to be paid into the probate holding account. The main reason for choosing the same company for the conveyancing as had already been chosen for probate were the synergies and efficiencies.

Successful diagnosis and ordering of replacement part.

Went on to the Dyson web page in order to request an engineer to repair broken Dyson.
Found the Support section with videos, was able to diagnose the issue and the broken part.
Ordered a replacement and, again using the videos, was able to replace.
Dyson now working successfully.
