I’ve purchased two cashmere crew neck cardigans at £150 each. First time I’ve ordered such a cardigan from them but the colour and quality was very good. I couldn’t order the pink as it was sold out so I went to M&S and their product was very poor and thin in comparison, if cheaper.

Because I wasn’t able to source the pink cardigan I looked on their sale page and found the cotton wool blend Milano Jacket in Pink. The quality is very good, sizing right and it will go with many summer/autumn dresses. I wish they’d had the blue in my size I would buy that as well.

Overall very pleased with my purchases.

The only issue and reason for 4 stars is customer service. I note others have mentioned this. I called wanting to know when stock of heather pink cashmere cardigan would be expected, to be given the complete run-around. Not how I remember them when I had to contact them a few years ago. Customer service needs to be sorted. This can make or break a business. It takes a lot to retain customers and in the three purchases I’ve spent £380 in a month. Converse to that - it only takes one bad experience for customers to turn away. No company can afford to lose customers like this. So Pure Collection - Be aware.

I knew I needed to change my dachshunds dry food to something more natural. He’d had issues with a sensitive stomach, bloating and itchy skin. When I Googled to find a natural alternative I found Butternut Box. Several days into the new diet, his poo is formed and his stomach is not distended. I was worried he’d have a reaction to this food but his stomach from day one tolerated it very well. Thank you for starting up this business.

A dog walker contacted me the same day and will be hiring them but sadly not one other person did which surprised me.

I purchased a Magnum box and had it engraved for a special birthday having purchased and had engraved a Magnum of Bollinger.

When it arrived I knew it was wrong, a normal bottle fits but not a Magnum!

I called and to be honest the person was useless possibly a tactic so that you give up.

Why when you sell wine and champagne do you call a box magnum and you’re supposed
to measure the bottle.

Do Not give these guys any money they ruined the present for my son’s birthday and do not deserve to be in business.

I recently bought a fireguard from them not having bought anything from this company before. It looked perfect online but you never know until it arrives and you put it in situ.

We couldn’t be more pleased, it’s perfect, colour blends with the marble and design is beautiful. I have a photo but don’t think you can add that here. I’ve sent two photos to the company who tell me they will use on social media. It was the cream rectangular threefold fireguard with leaves. Best purchase this year.

I can’t say enough about the quality of service at this dealership. Compared with another dealership when I had a Peugeot, the service there was either terrible or non existent. Team do their utmost to book vehicle in for service or diagnostics. Technicians are excellent and are very thorough. Although we think of main dealerships as more expensive, in the long run they have better diagnostics and access to parts and they do not overcharge.

So, thank you it’s a pleasure to bring my car to you.

I order my ham from Dukeshill but this Easter’s was magnificent. We have new potatoes and peas and it was perfection.

Thank you for making Easter special. I struggle to get food into my Mum who is nearly 91 but boy did she enjoy this.

I always buy their boneless midi hams and they’re beautiful each time.

I’d recommend for Easter and Christmas.

They arrive very well packed and cold. My hams have been as tasty days after arriving. I recommend their products to all.

I purchased a pair of purple trousers last year and a sweater and silk shirt this year to match.I wanted to wear the trousers and sweater for my birthday in March. As a Pisces I love the colour and teamed earrings to match. I felt very good in my favourite colour on my 65th birthday.

But please Reiss why do trousers have to be made for women of 5’10” plus!! The length is ridiculous and you have to find a tailor locally to alter them so they are t Ruined.

I give my local shop one star for unlocking the door that’s it. They have a captive audience as you have to go into town otherwise for helium balloons but oh boy. No bags to put balloon in, rarely have weights for the balloons. Choice is terrible, ribbon colours very low and seem taken by surprise how many balloons they sell on Valentines Day. Staff are surly bordering on very rude. Why are you open if 1) you don’t stock your stores and 2) don’t give a damn about customer service. Go into receivership and do us a favour.

You may have ordered linen bedding before but their bedding is something different. The softness is beautiful. I have had Egyptian Cotton with a very high thread count but they don’t match these duvet covers and pillowcases. If you want luxury in beautiful colours and at an affordable price don’t look elsewhere.
