Support cannot switch your wallet without your prior consent.
We also do not hold your funds which means that no amount of money is lost.

It's been a week of New Year and Christmas which means that support operations were not working as expected.

We also do not have any record of recent customer inquiries related to "losing funds" with wallets, which means that you probably haven't contacted us at all.

Their service is good

Their service is good, but their policy is not. I purchased two services, and before the 30-day period ended, I found that I no longer needed one of the servers because I was planning to upgrade. Based on their advertised 30-day money-back guarantee, I expected to cancel and claim a refund.

However, when I reached out to cancel, they kept wasting my time and ultimately denied my request without any valid reason. I also have another service with them and was planning to order a new server in the next 15 days, but this experience has made me rethink that.

I really do not recommend this company due to their policy. Avoid them at all costs!

That being said, please can you provide me with your account number or ticket reference and I will have a look and see if there's anything I can do.

I have bought .uk domain it was show…

I have bought .uk domain it was show the cost is 0.99 per YEAR
it says per year, after i paid and transfer my domain from my old register . They just told me no this for transfer fees even though their transfer page clearly tells it's per year
They refused to refund me or extend the domain as the agreement.

SCAM ALEART

SCAM ALEART! READ THIS.

They're nothing but a bunch of scammers! I had some hard-earned USDT in my account that I couldn't withdraw without TRX. So, I had to buy TRX from outside and send it to them, just to get my own money back. And you know what? When I tried to withdraw my funds, I got an error, and my TRX got snatched away! I tried depositing from my own pocket twice, and still got the same error. And when I reached out to their so-called "support" team, they ignored me for three whole days! Can you believe it? So, I decided to test them out as a new client, using a VPN. And guess what? They were online and active, answering all my questions in real-time! But when I tried talking to them as a scammed user, they ignored me like I was nothing! This has happened to me more than once, and let me tell you, you better stay away from this platform!

Update: they send me an email telling me will give you 50 TRX as bribe and remove this review i refused, so they banned my account :)

first of all there cards system is suck
they don't delivery to most of countries even France,EGYPT they will Refuse to send and telling you not allowed even they said it's allowed on there site

- There Virtual Cards are suck you getting it after 20 minute and you need to load it from your balance losing fees, and the cards it self refused by most of websites

- after you put some money there! you will find out the minimum to cashout ( take your money ) is 50$ !!

so i had 52$ they telling me " NO You can't take your money" you need to pay fees.
they don't show how much fees on the wallet it's hidden
i have checked block chain wallet the fees for sending 50$ is 0.37$ cent
which mean i can send 52$ easily! but no you can't cause you don't have enough money

i have provided this docs for more then 2 months they never replay back

They have only 1 Agent at whole support called " Michel" he is not even helpful . they keep wasting a time

they are just a data mining . take your info and when you request to delete your info cause they didn't provide any service ( Expect wasting time) They say they can't!

This guys offer Cheapest Server i ever found , Best On market

maybe support not the best ( No Live chat ) Just live chat for sales
and interface is look very old ( For Dedicated Servers )
But still worth it
i see many rates here angry cause they refuse to offer service to them and disable there accounts, it's sadly i know but it's not a reason to give them 1 start, they just doing there job
