Confused!
I was already insured with Prima and very happy at the way my car damage claim was handled. I have part exchanged that vehicle for another and was keen to continue with Prima as my insurer. So I was disappointed to learn through WhatsApp enquiry that I could not insure my new car with Prima (service not available. I then looked for alternatives on a comparison website and Prima came up as one of the options, so I was able to go ahead afterall. It left me feeling a little confused!
