I am sure this is a scam company. I completed what looked like a customer survey for a retailer, then paid £9 to get discount on purchases. Four days later the site took £37 from my account without authorisation. I reported this to Action Fraud.

The goods are fine but Sutton’s said we would be informed of any delay in delivery and that did not happen . I emailed to ask re delivery date and got no response . I assume you just have not got capacity for all the enquiries on which case amend the website promise .
