I purchased Cronos: The New Dawn Deluxe. According to the website, this deluxe edition comes with two days' early access.
However, the code I received was not a deluxe edition code that comes with two days' early access. According to a Steamdb query, the sub-ID of the code I received is 1308078. This is just the regular deluxe edition, not the one that includes two days' early access.
Therefore, it doesn't come with the 48-hour early access, and even if you redeem it early, you won't be able to play the game.
Other buyers have mentioned similar situations in the comments here.
I suggest you remove the 2-Day Early Access description from Cronos: The New Dawn Deluxe.
Purchasing a version of the game before its release that grants two days of early access is essentially an early purchase, equivalent to a pre-order, and includes any pre-order bonuses.
Because the game code's Sub ID is fixed, the content you receive remains the same regardless of when you redeem the game.
The game code Loaded provided does not represent a two-day early access code. It is simply a standard deluxe edition code.

1. The key distribution method is flawed.
Humble Bundle should guarantee that buyers will receive the game code they purchased when the order is completed (whether it is a pre-order or regular purchase).
It is incredible that I have not received a game code for more than two years. Because only after you uncover the game code can you get a set of game codes through Humble Bundle's system. If Humble Bundle does not have enough game codes in stock, you have to wait for them to reissue them.
Sometimes you have to wait a long time, and sometimes you can't get it at all, and they will refund you according to their calculations.
If I buy a game and there is no guarantee that I will get it, why should I buy it? I buy the possibility of getting a game code, not the absolute ownership.
2. Customer service needs to be improved
Of all the game stores I have bought games from, HB's after-sales service is really bad.
First of all, you have to wait a long time to get some response, sometimes it takes one to two weeks to solve a simple problem.
And each customer service has completely different knowledge and experience in dealing with related matters. Some customer service staff cannot understand the customer's problem, while some can immediately find the problem.

I opened a support ticket (5495065) on January 7 and reported to Cdkeys that the discount coupon I received could not be used.
The response I received was that the discount coupon was still valid and unused and asked me to try again later.

The Diamond Collection came out on Fanatical (January 2025), and I saw that The Battle of Polytopia: Moonrise - Deluxe was already in my Fanaticall library.
But I found that the The Battle of Polytopia: Moonrise - Deluxe I purchased only had the game + 4 DLCs. Rather than the game + 10 dlcs described by the Fanatical store.
I opened a Fanatical support ticket and provided a screenshot of my Fanatical order, a screenshot of my Steam account DLC list, a screenshot of the game with some content locked, and a screenshot of the Steam Deluxe Edition listing (because Steam will show your game what's in the library).
And provide what I think are possible reasons why buying the deluxe edition early on doesn't have all the content. I was hoping you could contact the publisher and find out why.
But the response I got was:
"I don't believe it is, I was only referring to your speculation. I show that you have the advertised DLC which make up the Deluxe version."
When I see "I don't believe...", I think there is no need to reply. Since Fanatical thinks I own the Deluxe Edition content (all of it) and doesn't believe the extensive proof and explanations I provided.
Since 2020, I have purchased your bundle almost every month. I guess since you guys aren't willing to deal with this and don't trust me then there's no point in me continuing to buy games from your store. I will process the remaining game code in the Fanatical library and request that you delete my current account, which may take some time.
Now I can only write to Polytopia Support Team to ask for help and understand the reason. I will update the follow-up information later.

I recently encountered an automatic cancellation of my order when making a purchase. Asked customer service and they said it could be due to automated fraud filters. In the end the problem was not resolved.
