We were going to buy a lovely used evoque but due to distance unable to travel and had to cancel the deal, we had but a deposit down and finance figures provided. Kieran in sales great, when it came to the refund there was an issue, however, a cheque arrived in the post. It was a shame we could not complete the deal but the deposit refund issue has soured my relationship with the dealership.
