I ordered this product 2 times (me and…

I ordered this product 2 times (me and my friend) 1 month before traveling to Kosovo. However, the esim did not work for no reason. This pissed me off and frustrated, because once you enter new country you need interent access to naviagte to hotel or taxi etc.
Globalesim disappointed me so much.

They were good and quick in responding. but I received less what I am entitled to, the airlines company is perhaps the reason.
