I was so happy to become a great aunt that I immediately sent off my first order to Bloom & Wild for a postal bouquet. In my haste I did not check the recipient address for a third time. But the B&W order form did not let me know that I had missed something out. They took my money, gave the flowers to the postman, but he could not deliver and returned the flowers to B&W. They did not give him my phone number to check it.
They now want 50% extra to send another bouquet. Their claim to bring happiness has failed for me.
