I was so happy to become a great aunt…

I was so happy to become a great aunt that I immediately sent off my first order to Bloom & Wild for a postal bouquet. In my haste I did not check the recipient address for a third time. But the B&W order form did not let me know that I had missed something out. They took my money, gave the flowers to the postman, but he could not deliver and returned the flowers to B&W. They did not give him my phone number to check it.
They now want 50% extra to send another bouquet. Their claim to bring happiness has failed for me.

Thank you for taking the time to review us, we do apologise that this has been the experience today. we do send out an email confirmation and ask that if there are any mistakes to let us know within a specific time frame so that we can fix it as we never want the gift chosen to not be enjoyed! I am so sorry that in this case the mistake on the email was missed.
