Wanting to order almost £600 of items for our children's birthday and Christmas presents which are all coming up soon. We noticed that it said about the Gold membership 20% discount. Not one to sniff at £120 of discount we decided to sign up for a membership which was £60 but included lots of extras . Membership arrived and was set up in minutes. But trying to get the discount to apply on the website is shocking, infuriating and downright impossible. My husband is now seething because not only are we now going to have to pay the full price because items are selling fast , but we have also now paid £60 on top for something that is essentially useless
