I ordered a kit to replicate a photo that I had taken. The colours don't fully reflect the colours in the photo and of the 5 paints I have opened so far 2 are sticky and difficult to paint with. Disappointed.

Communication about delivery was excellent. Fantastic that we could get our order next day.

The item arrived promptly. However when i contacted the supplier asking about a return I only received in response conforming my email had been received. I am still waiting for a reply to my email 6 says later

We were able to request a call back rather than wait in the queue, the customer service advisor was polite and very understanding and the price of the policy was fair

Good quality, kept up to date on expected delivery date. Very happy with blind we received. Good value.

Globe arrived very quickly and was packed really well. Loved the globe itself. Was exactly as described and made a lovely gift.
