Readers awards rip off con .

This company as a award programme that issues points for every 500 points received you get a free cheap range free book that you then have to pay expensive international shipping on to receive what ? Books that end up in the bin as badly vandalised unreadable condition with previous owners writing unlined text and highlightening pen over the text text writing in margins ruined books they send you .no I won't be paying no more international shipping charges to receive bad books thankyou .this is now the 3rd free book I've bined .after paying expensive shipping on .books in this condition should not be passed on they are unreadable .I've paid expensive shipping on . I've spent a lot of money buying books of higher value to receive rubbish a free gift does not get charged shipping far more than the book costs .no they can keep there free rubbish vandalised books .

Great books from this company .This is…

Great books from this company .This is to 2 small cheaper paperbacks My prevuois prder was 2 larger paperbacks and a hardback .Also my best and most expensive book for this company was this company but bpught though uk ebay having .purchased before direst I've made 3 orders this year what I like most is a great selection of out of print books in a subject I'd recently been inserted in .And very good reasonable shipping rates with these rather than the crazy shipping costs from America to the UK inflated high shipping woth UK eBay this company however excellent fair shipping Charge .Coundnt wish for anything better .well done thiftbooks making affordable to me for rare out of print usa books to the uk 🇬🇧

Dental illness not covered

I went to many pets for a quote they have 3 levels of cover £3,000 .£7,000 and £15,000 so obviously selecting £7,000 ,is a higher premium .but to find it doesn't cover dental illness were as pther policies do cover dental up to the maximum nearer cover .to find woth many vets they would shove you onto there very highest premium .I don't need £15,000 or the highest premium .when I hadxa previous dog who went his whole life up to aged 14 years and 8 months with only ever less than £1,000 vets care needed his whole life on 2 small opertions .one a tiny growth covering his 2 front teeth that was only the insurance company having to pay me no more than the policy access at that time when he was young .to years later when his insurance short up throw the roof with no claims only a less than £100 claim .His insurance was cancelled then he qualied for free help in 2021 by the pdsa for a opertion which the vets quoted £500 mimumum looking at some photos as at the time you still coundnt go in with the pet lockdown ..so pdsa said this is costing us £200 ,today big differnce between the vets quote to a charity help quote .however it needed was essential he had this tumor growth inside to the side of his mouth removed like a growth tissue red and angry covering and hanging from his gums so the dogs whole life his only ever illness was in his mouth twice .so shame on you many pets as if I'm going to trust you with my new dogs care on your top most expensive premium. Just to get her covered on her gums .differnt dog so she may suffer other illnesses not mouth related charlie went his whole life only ever needing the vets twice other than routine yearly boosters and healthcheck . Twice in his whole 14 years and 8 months 2 operations in his mouth .this should be covered in your £7,000 a year premium price as his whole life care was less than £1,000 needed for his inside mouth take s look at there reply they don't even bother reading properly I never said my dog was ill I referred to my dog that had died not my current dog .I never said my claim had not been valid as I haven't even got a policy with this company many pets of you're going to reply at least read correctly them answer correctly would help idiots

Happy that Rob got my broadband working…

Happy that Rob got my broadband working on the 20th November and set up my phone and tablet to connect to the wi-fi but I was left without service from the 6th november to the 20th Rob told me when my service was meant to go live on the 6th november it had not been connected up correctly in the first place .I contuine to be unhappy as I've been left without phone service since the 6th should have still worked ot went digital on the 14th still no service extremely annoying to find no broadband cable in my box on the 6th reported and received one on the 9th but no connection for Rob to say not been connected correctly right from the start .shocking and to contuine to be left without phone service all this time I've now been told the issue is they have not allocated my phone number over to connect and work with my router hub .Expecting a phonecall back today that hopefully finally the phone issue as been fixed currently still no ringing tone my phone is dead .very bad experience been moved from BT to EE with broadband previously home phone only .This as been a complete mess from the start first no broadband cable to connect the new hub in the box then on receiving that still no service a engineer was booked on the 9th november but not until the 18th said I had set everything up correctly but he confirmed I had no connection he was the one who escalated it to openreach as he said he only dealt with inside and the fault was outside that's when Rob came put on the 20th and got my broadband working from outside had never been connected up despite the message I received on the 6th that my broadband was live how could it be live ready to use when it had never been connected up in the first place or incorrectly done was robs words .now EE have got me to replace my phones not impressed I wanted a broadband Internet service never requested digital homephone now I've had to purchase new handsets from them so it had better work when the new twinset phones arrive on Monday. A complete disaster .to be left without homophone service and still without is crazy bad .

With regards to your new digital voice service, this is something your service provider will be able to manage as digital voice is supplied by them directly, hopefully they're able to sort this for you ASAP. ^Andrew

Very poor installation service offered…

Very poor installation service offered on a new Gas cooker .phoning first before placing online order avoided a delay in delivery and avoided a useless service really they were going to turn up to do a job charged expensive for with no Equipment to actually do the job They know the new cookers they are selling don't come with hose kits. As my old cooker had already been disconnected condemned unsafe I choose removal and unpacking services and received the quicker delivery I needed .with having to book a gas engineer to arrive day after delivery with yes the much needed hose kit needed .

Finally arrived and happy with .…

These same to take a long time ordered on the 30th May arrived 10th August after a internal shipping issue I'm pleased to finally receive my petsie of my Charlie who I Lost on the 8th May I took the Sneak Peek as it was coming from overseas to the uk 🇬🇧 they work out quite expensive I choose the 16 inch .and must say the likeness is Extremely good i was concerned they woundnt match his shades of brown and face and markings they didnt let me down ..The missing star is for the shipping issue as this was delayed for a month some error made on internal dispatch stoped it going though customs .and it was returned to the shipping depot before leaving for the uk .I think it was something to do with the parcel weight and customs duty which I paid taxes at checkout shouldn't have been this issue. BUT LUCKILY AFTER SEEING THE TRACKING STALLED RETURN TO SENDER I CONTACTED PETSIE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE ISSUE WAS CORRECTED SHAME IT WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO ATTACH PHOTO'S HERE OF MY RECEIVED ITEM AS I AM EXTREMELY PLEASED OVERALL its Beautiful Thankyou and The lady at customer service was very helpful thoughout ..Charlie would have been 15 on the 18th August..

As for the shipping time, our Petsies can take 6-8 weeks to create just due to the custom-nature of the product, and unfortunately we don't have control when it comes to customs holding onto a package.
