This time my Next delivery was wrong...right address but contained something I hadn’t ordered. The delivery note was only half there so all in all, dry disappointing. What is going on Hermes?

Absolutely awful. They said they tried to deliver. We were both in and there was no ring of the doorbell. We checked our door camera and no one came to the door all day. They were supposed to try again today, but nothing. Truly awful. This has happened before and the last time, I never received the goods. Whoever drives for you in the Fairfields area of Milton Keynes needs talking to as I suspect they are stealing the goods or dumping them.
