After reading all the very mixed reviews on Trustpilot, I thought I'd give the company a go. The ordering process for replacement retainers was quick, and my impressions arrived very quickly. I got these done, the approvals WhatsApp replied within 30-60 mins of each mould and approved them for return. An issue occured with the return postage of my moulds, and I did not hear back from anyone for about a week which was concerning, until I received a phone call from very helpful Jade who explained what was happening, and that a replacement impressions kit was going to be sent to me.

I always trust LLLParts for my OEM products. Everything you ever need listed at fair prices. I can usually expect my item in 10-14 days, which is understandable as it comes from VAG Group warehouses and not LLL. Always arrive nicely packaged.

Dont expect your item to come in a hurry, or on the date they provide. Usually always a week after.

I was sceptical at first, but a TikTok you made persuaded me to try, and i’m so glad I did. I hadn’t washed my car since November (3 months), so it was caked with winter grime - but Först didn’t care. Incredible pre-wash, So good I debated whether I even needed to do a contact wash.

Bubblor wash left my paint nice and glossy, It smells mint too. Finally, The Törstig drying towel. You could possibly put this in an olympic size swimming pool and it would dry it completely. Lovely colours on the towel, Drys super well.

All in all, Very VERY happy with Stjarnagloss and will be buying plenty more!

Very good device, powerful, cheap

Good product. Quite loose on wheel so have to really give a good turn to make it hug, Provided foam pads didn’t help my wheel too much. Once on though, Pretty secure.

Excellent company! License plate looks great (I opted for 3D gel), Very fast postage too…. I mean I ordered it yesterday 4PM, Arrived today & that was the cheapest postage option available!! Not sure the more expensive options could’ve got here any quicker. Highly reccomend

Customer service are horrific, I ordered 1 month ago and still nothing. CS don’t do jack about it, they couldn’t care less. Was told it’s be dispatched by 12th July. That was a lie too! Stay away from the biggest scam to have hit the UK. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A PRODUCT!
