Total scam trying to download APCOA parking app and this lot scammed my card details from me by pretending to be Apcoa. My bank blocked their 50p attempt to verify my card, but I have no idea whether they will fraudulently attempt to steal £29.99 a month from my account. Look at their address: Basebone, a house in Southgate, nothing legitimate about this company. Cancelled my bank card

Watch out for subscription “replenishment”package you never signed for, however refunded promptly

Very poor service, despite having an email from them confirming I have a future flight credit the call centre will not let me use it, and deny its existence. I really dont know how they get away with it they have my money and deny it!. This is surely fraud!! I will not let them get away with it!

The Cairns office were extremely helpful when I needed to change my bookings which caused them some challenges, but resolved with real professionalism and couldn’t have been more helpful. Excellent service with a smile!
