I bought 2 animatronics Rusty and the night crawler and I put both together and neither are working. I have called many times and talked to many team members at drzombie and I have emailed two videos of what the animatronics are not doing right. I have so far have not received an email or a call back. I'm getting very upset with your customer service and I regret buying anything from you. I have spent $427.00 and I have a spirit store close to me so I would like to return both animatronics for a full refund of my money including the shipping cost because both are broken and I have proven it by sending a video.
