Have been transferring my total Stocks & Shares ISA (made up of mainly US stocks) from another provider, so the recent US election and market volatility has increased my need for confidence, particularly as I'm a new ii customer. I've been impressed with the telephone manner and professionalism of Sarah and Tom Follows on the dealing side, and Abigail Sanders from the Transfer team who I deal with via correspondence. Oh, and LauraH for putting my mind to rest on orders that have not been executed. Grateful that ii stayed operational for investors this week this week...😉

I've just ordered a dozen 12v downlighter bulbs for my boat. I spoke to the CS dept for some clarification and advice and the agent (Canadian accent) was superb. The website could not be clearer and the package arrived promptly. The bulbs all work perfectly and cost a fraction of many other online outlets. Very satisfied on this basis.
