3 broken mirrors delivered

The customer service has been pretty good but I have had 3 mirrors sent out to me, each broken. I really want this item but after 3 in a row have arrived smashed up, I have had to admit defeat. Gutted. Maybe Wilko should use a better courier…

Fabulous fashion and a top notch hire experience

Wow, wow wow! What an amazing service! I got the most bea\utiful outfit that made me feel like a moviestar on the slopes, for less than a budget outfit would have got me. Not having to dry clean or store said outfit until my next ski adventure was an absolute bonus and the whole experience was top notch from start to finish. The only difficult thing is trying to decide what to rent next year...

Easy returns? Ha! Expensive and Complicated.

This company has the audacity to advertise on their website: 'The best return policy on the market, with complete ease!' Absolute nonsense. The return costs £25 (minimum) deducted from the final price!!
You only have 15 days to return items and it requires multiple logins to the website and response emails in order to even generate a return slip. Its a 5 point process. Unbelievable in this day and age- no wonder Amazon do so well. To top this all off, when I called (for the second time to ask how the heck to process the refund, I got a very snippy salesperson telling me how they've used the same process for 18 years and its worked just fine for everyone else). Get with the 21st Century Ledkia and to customers: if you are not 100% sure that what you are purchasing is correct be prepared for it to be a costly and frustrating process.
And, if anyone would like to buy £100 worth of unwanted lights from me, then do let me know (they don't offer a credit slip either!).
