Review of FFX
I’ve made two orders from FFX so far. Both arrived and are perfect, however the journey was not so smooth. The first order (a table saw) was shown as in stock but wasn’t. Each time I called they said stock would be in the next day-it never was. After a week of this I cancelled the order and bought the 110v version which was in stock and duly arrived next day. The second order was for a blade for my new saw. They sent a blade for a stone saw instead. After calling them the correct blade arrived a couple of days later. All good in the end, and customer services staff are excellent, thankfully. Not sure what goes on in the online dispatch part though....
Part 2: FFX got in touch and graciously refunded the cost of my saw blade as a goodwill gesture. I will buy from FFX in the future and think they are a great company. I guess I just got unlucky first time around. Thanks guys!
