Why can’t all cycling apparel companies make it such an experience

Incredible experience from start to finish including the returns process. Calvert proving to be an absolute legend. The product(s) - awesome both the Pro Airs and the Gravel shoes where were used and abused at this weekends gralloch event

Based on the costs compared to what was…

Based on the costs compared to what was delivered, I am/was shocked at the size of the flower collection. 3 euros for a card and the 9 euros for delivery on top of the cost of the flowers.

Extremely disappointed in terms of perceived value for money

Without a doubt the worst customer…

Without a doubt the worst customer experience/service I have ever had. Based on this experience, I will never buy another thing from size.

Ordered a pair of purple Mow abs and after a calendar week of NOT receiving anything, I called customer services. The response I received: the courier has lost the package, we have not got anymore in your size, you will get a refund and then goodbye/phone call ended.

About 30 minutes later, i went onto the size website and was able to order another pay in the exact same size.

Absolutely shocking, disgusting and extremely disappointing experience.

Fantastic experience and an absolute please to deal with Jack and his team from start to finish.

Would never ever consider ‘selling’ or part exchanging my car to a main dealer ever again.

Supporting smaller, self owned local businesses has to be the future !
