John T. responded to an email asking about tracking on an order that had not yet shown any movement. He responded same day with a tracking number. Very, very good customer service!

Scam artists

Initially, they followed up very well but they had a habit of going awol. They call to give me the quote, tried to put the next couple of days down as estimated pickup date but I told them the deal wasn't finalized. They said they'd put down 1-31 May. Dealership contacts me on Saturday, 1 May that the deal was approved & bike would be ready for pickup Wednesday, 5 May. Get a text from Valerie on Monday 3 May they are ready for pickup. I quickly replied that was a no-go. I contact the dealership again...bike can be picked up Tuesday 4 May. I text Valerie, no response. Send another text asking to inform once they've picked up the bike. They respond the following day that they are waiting for logistics to schedule the next truck, no later than 2 days. I decide to cancel the request & ask how long it will take to refund the deposit. No response for 2 days. Told them to stop playing games & refund my deposit. They respond they'll send request to a manager. That was Thursday, May 6th. It's 12 May & no response by text or email. Their facebook page reviews cannot be trusted...they use the same picture on two posts with different names. Almost every positive post is from accounts with no friends, no photos & no posts on the page. Completely fake. EDIT: FB page no longer shows reviews. DO NOT use these people. They are scam artists.
EDIT: Valerie responded by text 13 May. Said refund was transferred already & to let her know when I saw it in my bank account.
EDIT: 26 May. No response from FB messenger, texts from Valerie or messages left on their business phone. Still no refund.

Two weeks from drop off & no delivery

Dropped off package at just around noon on Tuesday 8 September. I'm in NC, package going to Texas. It makes it down to Georgia on Friday the 11th. It sits until Monday the 14th, then says it's out for delivery. I'm not sure how the delivery person doesn't see they're not even in the correct state. Delivery exception says package was not picked up so it's headed back to me. There is no movement so I call Fedex on Thursday the 17th asking where it's at. Spoke to someone who asked me if I'd prefer it go to original delivery address instead of coming back to me. Obviously, yes. First update to tracking shows it made to NC the following day. No movement over the weekend. Scheduled delivery now shows Monday 21 Sep. Called Fedex around 8pm asking about the package. They insist it will be delivered that day. Check tracking again, shows a new delivery date of Thursday 24 Sep. Call Fedex again & they say it's going to original destination. Check tracking this morning, Tuesday 22 September, says it's out for delivery to me, not the original delivery address. Call Fedex again asking how they could screw up so much. Assured it will be delivered by 1pm. Called again at 2pm, they say scheduled time is between 12 & 5pm. Checked tracking again, shows an exception with a delivery date scheduled for tomorrow. I will never use Fedex again. They need a serious look at their quality control. This many mistakes is unacceptable.

UPDATE: Tracking shows another update...delivery scheduled for Friday 25 September. Not delivered Monday, not delivered today (put on wrong delivery truck), and apparently not being delivered tomorrow either. Every person above the standard customer service reps have stated how messed up the entire process has been but nobody has been able to fix it.
