Misleading product, Worst customer experience
No support, no instructions, and a product that doesn’t match the marketing
I’ve emailed Nutr 6 times over the past month with no response—just trying to get basic instructions because they sent a soymilk machine instead of a specialized nut milk maker as advertised. This thing does not have any of the functions shown in their marketing.
I ordered the Nutr Ultra which is supposed to be their family size nut milk maker. I received a device with “Soymilk” buttons, it came in a generic soy milk maker box, and works nothing like what’s shown on their website or anywhere on the internet. It seems to only blend for 3 minutes or boil for 30, but I have no idea what else it’s supposed to do because it came with No instructions, and there’s nothing online that matches the machine I received.
I joined their Facebook group, and it’s full of similar complaints—many people have even had to dispute charges just to get a resolution.
This has been the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. I saw negative reviews on Reddit before purchasing and assumed people were overreacting—they weren’t. This is a terrible company selling a misleading product.
You can buy the same kind of soymilk machine, without the Nutr logo, on Amazon for $60. I basically paid an extra $100 for pastel purple paint, a logo, and a long guessing game on how to use it.
