Fatal la entrega y atencion al cliente.

Fatal la entrega y atencion al cliente.
Tenian previsto entregar el paquete hoy pero ahora pone alerta con el mensaje "Falta el número de apartamento o no es correcto.". En la direccion no falta ningun numero y estoy en casa todo el dia. No es la primera vez que UPS habia entregado pedidos de esta tienda en la misma direccion.
Por la web no se puede aclarar que es lo que les falta.
Por el telefono dijeron que en 20 minutos habra agente disponible y despues de 35 aun no hay ningun agente disponible.
Tenian que entregar un medicamente a tiempo pero ahora tardaran 3 dias mas por el fin de semana.

My prefered app to charge my car

I have been using this app to charge my car since April of 2024 in Spain and France. I tried all similar apps in the market, and I find Electroverse the easiest to use and with fair prices.
During this time, for only one day, because of the bug in the Electroverse's app, I had to use another application. Other than that, I didn't have issues, and I enjoy using this app.

Reliable service

I have used the Simyo mobile line from 2008 and fiber from 2022.
I like the customization of the services, the prices, and the quality of the customer service. The speed of the internet is not the best but it's reliable.
During all this time I had to contact customer service a few times. In most of the cases, my issues were resolved during the call or during the next hours.

My prefered tracker

I have a Cat mini tracker since July of 2023 and I love it. I go every day with my cat Nora for a walk in the forest. She walks alone for one hour and then I find her with Tractive. Often I use sound on the tracker to locate Nora in the bushes.
It's useful that Tractive works in several countries and we can use it during our trips.
It happened that Nora entered into a building and Tractive lost the mobile connection. Thanks to Bluetooth location I could find her.
Overall for sure that could be made some improvements but current usability is very helpful to enjoy time with Nora outside.

My prefered account for daily spendings

I had been using n26 since 2015. In general, I'm happy with this bank and I didn't have major issues. I contacted support several times and always they solved my issues.
I use the n26 account for daily spending. I like the app's usability and security, especially during travels.

Avoid at all cost

Vivid closed my account without any explanation. Support doesn't explain anything. Previously I didn't have any issues with financial services.
Looks like they have some very strange internal policies.

Trustful transfer service

I used it one time for transfer from the airport in Turkey and I really liked the service and easiness of use. We had to clarify the location of the driver and it was easy to do because they provide phone numbers for different messengers like WhatsApp.
