Very reliable service from the mobile WiFi network device all across Europe within the coverage area. Very impressed with the coverage. Excellent and responsive customer service, on the rare occasions there were problems with signal these were rectified promptly. They also allowed flexibility with stopping and starting the subscription when we travelled outside of the coverage area which was appreciated.

I started the process with Carpenters a few years ago and my case has taken a few years to get resolved. Initially I was passed from person to person as team members left; the communication was pretty poor and thing’s didn’t seem to be progressing.
However, in recent months my case was referred to Amanda Marshall and the experience since she took over could not have been any better! I have absolutely no experience with legal matters, and I was concerned upon being informed that my case had been referred to the court. When Amanda took over, she was quick to respond to any queries or worries I had, and explained everything to me fully which helped massively. She obviously prides herself on her excellent communication and interpersonal skills which make a massive difference to the process (which in itself can be very stressful). Amanda is very proactive and kept in regular contact with me to give me updates and I am extremely pleased with the outcome and that I can now start to move on. She is an asset to Carpenters and her handling of my case is incomparable to the service I received from the people who dealt with me beforehand. Thank you, Amanda, for your hard work and most importantly for being genuinely caring, thoughtful and diligent in how you go about your work. I know I appreciated it so much.

Never used this site before. Paid via PayPal and item received all in order as expected and earlier than expected. Would definitely use them again.
