Ripped me off - no report

Paid 30 for the 3 check service. Did not get report. Tried to contact via website but no response. Will be forced to claw back money via credit card company.

Bad, bad customer service

Bought 2 scooters. Nothing on website said you needed a driving license to operate them. Tried to return but NIU made this impossible despite a 30 return policy. Took 9 days to send me invalid shipping labels. Also FedEx told me they won't ship battery devices from stores. The instructions from NIU say cover the hazmat symbols on the box to conceal it includes lithium batteries. Pretty sure that is illegal. I can't get them back to NIU. Their customer service is slow and useless.

Have they lost my passport?

Dropped off my passport and visa document to be sent to US Embassy on Sat 30th April. Turned up to the building in Northampton and there was no obvious service counter. Went in the front door and there was just a table with a visitors log on in. Rang the call bell and someone came to deal with me (not in uniform so not sure if they worked there) but gave me an evelope and a tracking number. I sealed the envelope, handed it over and left.

Tried the tracking number on 2nd May and the website said it did not exist. Got very nervous that my passport was now lost. Called on 3rd May to Northampton office as there was no central phone number that worked and the online chat also had no agents on it (waited for an hour for an agent). I was told the package would be delivered on 4th May to the embassy.

I then get a response from an email on 4th May saying that my package had not been picked up yet, which is why the tracking number did not work. I called back again to be told that there was only one guy who dealt with the visa packages. The package had been moved to another office in Northampton and would be sent that day to the embassy. So it is 4 days since I dropped it off and it has not left the depot yet. This is not an "Express" service at all. I will never use this company out of choice.

I am still not 100% sure my passport will get to where it needs to go if if I will ever see it again!

Don't! You will never get the glasses. Scam artists.

Ordered glasses which never arrived. Poor customer service and full of excuses. No way to review other than this as they use some faked Trustspot service that you can't place a review on. Been waiting for 7 weeks now and nothing. I think this could be a scam outfit. Avoid like the plague.

Lost £40 of credit on their website

Lost £40 of credit on their website. 2nd time I've had an issue. Last time they started taking double payments but only applying half the credit. Poor management of other people's money.

We have checked on your recent order and have already been in contact with yourself that your beer credits were indeed applied at the checkout on your order, so sorry if that was missed at all.

Regarding the issue with your double payments being taken, we have raised this further and I can see that a double membership was created but this was indeed resolved as soon as you had informed us that your payments details were correct. As such no double payment was ever taken.
