Lost £40 of credit on their website. 2nd time I've had an issue. Last time they started taking double payments but only applying half the credit. Poor management of other people's money.

We have checked on your recent order and have already been in contact with yourself that your beer credits were indeed applied at the checkout on your order, so sorry if that was missed at all.
Regarding the issue with your double payments being taken, we have raised this further and I can see that a double membership was created but this was indeed resolved as soon as you had informed us that your payments details were correct. As such no double payment was ever taken.
