Fantastic Customer service and supply

Switched from prepay power where I was topping up €30 every two days to Energia 6 months ago ....it has been the best move I could have made and I am only regretful I didn't do it earlier , my bills are far beyond what I expected , I'm so so happy and relieved to see I can keep in credit by topping up weekly and each time my bill has been less than my credit .....never thought I'd appreciate an electricity company so much but the difference switching from prepay power to Energia is astromical and has made a huge difference financially to my family of 5... I would recommend this company to anyone sick of being fleeced ....

crooks

absolutely awful company and awful customer care ...we pay 200 a year to simply have an address on their books as this 200euro secures absolutely nothing as a customer ....online account must be kept in credit on top of the annual 200paid and if you only top this up 24 hours in advance its not enough for their system to keep up and so your bins are neglected , if you have two bins due for collection and one is collected on the day the account goes into arrears mid collection (ie the first is collected ) they will automatically count that as arrears on your account and leave the second bin .... when I have called their customer care I've been told I am lucky they collect my bin (i believed it is a service I pay for) and Katie likes to hang up mid complaint , they have a repour of couldn't care less you Need us...no other company's available for me as a waste company in my are but I dispise dealing with this company and giving them any extra money on top of the lifts they charge for ....this is why the Irish people protested in the 90s so crooks like this won't take advantage....

I still have ptsd after dealing with…

I still have ptsd after dealing with this business , absolutely awful from staff to service to products. This company honestly takes your money for your product and then makes you jump through hoops to get the actual product delivered , in the condition you believed you were purchasing it . They do not care one iota of their reputation , customer care , customer satisfaction or anything that would make them in any way pleasurable or even bearable to deal with ...I will never shop here again and pray my washing machine and dishwasher last because the last thing I ever need is to go back to them on anything else ever again ..... they are a disgrace to business

Awful place to buy from

Awful place to buy from, zero customer service.... Bought a washing machine missing parts and then tried calling never to get through, went to store and was nearly fobbed off as buying a display model and therefore had bought as seen not realising there was no hose attached to the machine.... Bought a dishwasher on the 4th of September and still waiting on the 17th, payment has been taken but cannot get through by phone to any customer service or the shop itself and no estimated date of delivery given 13 days later.... I'm furious with this company after being foolish enough to buy another machine from them... Awful awful shop
