Absolute disgrace
Absolute disgrace. Took £176.99 out of my account for a year's subscription that I've never used. When questioned and shown proof I cancelled it in March. Then came back to me and informed me it was a different app (under the same company). Don't remember signing up for it, haven't got the app so obviously never used it. Now paid for the next year for something I'll not use. Absolutely appalling.
