Sword came ok after 4 weeks. The protection plastic around the blade was full of water so caused serious rusting and deep pitting that even if linished out would deform the blade.seriously disappointed. Of coarse no interest from them as expected

Cancelled my subscription well before it was ending but nevertheless still had £15 taken out of my account. I was promised a refund over two months ago which of course never came. Never again and all the custom from my wife and daughters are leaving with me.
4 months later still not honoured thier word

I cancelled my subscription and nevertheless still got charged for another yrs subscription. Of course there's no number to phone and my emails were ignored. The £15 is a rip off because it's still cheaper in other shops..In answer to your reply: I did send at least 3 emails that of coarse were ignored
Reply: was promised a refund in 3 to 5 days and a week later of course nothing.
Update... it's now been 19 days

IT'S NOW BEEN WELL OVER A MONTH.
