Katie has been exceptional from start to finish. She has been incredibly thorough and efficient and walked me through the entire process of securing a mortgage for my first home. She answered all of my questions and made herself available when needed. No question was a stupid question and I cannot thank her enough for making it all so easy. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. 5 star service.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to reschedule an event I had bought tickets for. The new tickets were cheaper and despite me having to pay a second admin fee to change the date, I did not receive a refund/voucher for the remaining money left over. This wasn’t stated anywhere in the terms and conditions and yet if I had rescheduled and chosen more expensive tickets, I would have had to pay the difference. Whilst customer services were quick to respond, they continued to ignore my issue and reiterate that if I wanted to reschedule that I would need to pay an admin fee. If the event even goes ahead, I will not be purchasing from this company again. They are not part of STAR- I wish I’d read all reviews before purchasing tickets. So far no response from customer service despite appearing to want to help.

If you’re from the UK do not purchase from Alohas. Took months for the shoes to arrive, and was unable to find out when they would be delivered. Thankfully they actually arrived as many peoples’ orders did not. The shoes were nice to look at but fairly average and very uncomfortable. For the hassle they were not worth the money and the sizing is off. The site advertised that if you spend over £130 you receive free shipping. After checking the terms and conditions I could not find any information regarding import taxes/customs and assumed this would be included in the cost. I wish I had emailed to check although it’s unlikely I’d have even received a response, as months after receiving the shoes I was sent an invoice amounting to the cost of one pair of shoes for import taxes. I will not be ordering from the site again as they do not care about their customers at all.

Since the beginning of Brexit and due to the new changes in the delivery of parcels to the UK, ALOHAS informed and continues to do so, all customers that they must pay customs because their purchase is over 135 pounds.

This means that your order will usually be retained in customs upon arrival in your country, waiting for the importer (you) to comply with the payment of duties and taxes. In case you decide not to comply with the payments of said tariffs and reject the package, this will incur in a penalty fee of 90€ (from the costs of returning the goods to origin) that ALOHAS will subtract from your refund.''
Penalties are also not a pleasure to charge to our customers, but unfortunately we must do so, as they are the costs incurred for storing a package that is not delivered.
