Do NOT use this company!

After going through an upsetting experience with my vehicle being stolen, I contacted Alphabet who were from the get go, unhelpful. On my 2nd call I was interrogated and made to feel like I was suspicious? Following this I advised I’d be making a SAR request.

I had to call and call and call for updates on the settlement of my car, promised on numerous occasions it’d be sorted ‘today, tomorrow, 2 days’ etc.

After 9-10weeks of chasing, I finally received an email. The email contained incorrect information about settlement of my claim. I was assured that payment would be made within 10 working days, to then receive another email saying the first email detailed incorrect information. The second email assured me of the balance and that this would be paid within 10 working days. We’re on day 42 today... (working days!!!)

I did receive a ‘courtesy call’ 2 weeks ago asking if they could close my account...I explained no, as still awaiting settlement and again mentioned a SAR. I was asked though if I want a vehicle to contact you in the future!!

I raised a formal complaint to calculations and had no response. I have outlined I will be reporting to the ombudsman and furthermore, the ICO who I’m sure will welcome my concerns.

Having worked in customer services for 10+ years, I have NEVER experienced ‘service’ like this. I have also never felt so upset or angry about having to deal with a company before. So in answer to your question ‘NO I would NEVER use Alphabet again or recommend to anyone!

Eden was recommended to us by our puppy…

Eden was recommended to us by our puppy trainer boasting the health and well-being benefits of 80-20% meant and veg content, as opposed to packed with grains/filler... basically rubbish! Poppy loves the food and will definitely be sticking to this lovely kibble.
