'Next-day' = 'Next-week, maybe?'

After paying for express, next day delivery, and having confirmation on email of a dispatch date; ordered on the 6th, confirmed dispatch of the 8th (yes, delivery est. for 3 days later).. I contacted on the 9th, to be informed they're 'likely' to be dispatched on the 12th..
I get there's a small-print that say's 'may take longer', but charging someone £20 to then get 'if', 'but' & 'maybe', is poor! To then not get a refund, but a cold and blunt (clearly copied and pasted) response - is just poor.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.

Your order was placed on Saturday 6th September, outside of our working hours, with production scheduled to begin on Monday 8th September. To help speed things along, our Team generously processed your order on Sunday evening, out of hours, so it was ready for production first thing Monday morning.

As outlined in our Express Terms & Conditions, some prescriptions fall outside of the Next Day Express range. In these cases, the order is still prioritised through the lab and dispatched on express delivery once complete. Your order is following this process and remains on track for dispatch on Thursday, as advised.

If you would prefer to remove the express upgrade, we can certainly arrange a refund of £14.05 and move your order back into standard production and delivery timescales. Please kindly let us know on your existing email thread if you would like to proceed with this option.

Good Service, Poor Range

The service and opticians was great, can't fault them (although, we all know they're un-able to run on time).
Problem is the range of glasses, although said to update every 3 months, hasn't changed in years?
I've been back a few times over the past couple years and it's the same tired old options, every time! Please update your range!

Everything with Vodafone is just… SHOCKING

Everything with Vodafone is just painful.
The slow responses, the awful/pointless TOBi chat, the pretend 'advisors' who have all the common errors of your standard ChatGPT..
A simple request to change payment date, took me 45 minutes to get sorted, and was not at all as simple as that brief sentence might suggest..

Professional, Cost effective and Excellent Service

Been using DK Heating for years; through two house moves - have always turned to Dylan for everything from a New boiler and Radiator install, replacing and moving old radiators, to even fitting an out-door hot and cold running tap.
Dylan has always been a professional; he's always looked out for us and I fully plan to use him in the future - have recommended him to my elderly parents and he was a true gentlemen and professional dealing with them.

Good luck with the business Dylan and keep up the great work.

Do Not Use! Great in Principle; awful in practice!

Do not use. Seemed great in principal; signed up and regret it. The information they have for me is incorrect, no answer to rectify it. They then took triple the amount they were supposed for my first payment!! 26 days later I'm still not able to get hold of them to rectify the issue. No one is responding to email (6 sent now), no response to live chat and after 60 minutes on hold; twice... I give up - resort to contacting the bank to cancel the direct debit.

Don't use Vodafone; you'll regret it.

Customer Services are awful, when you call them it is a burden and you're taking up there precious time.
I have 4 bars, can dial out, yet no one can reach me; I got told "hopefully it'll work soon"..
Switch over from EE (dear lord, why did i do that!) has been painful and the 24 hour window for service transition is currently still ongoing 131 hours later.
Vodafone is just shocking. SHOCKING.
