Shoes arrived after two months. Too big, so I asked to return for the right size. They required a pic of the shoe label and package label. Another 10 days and then they said: "As an honest seller, we could issue a 20% refund as the compensation and offer a 20% discount code for your next purchase. We suggest you to give the shoes to your friend who can wear it." !!! I wrote five times and each time they refused a refund and told me to give them away...and order another pair at 20% off. Ridiculous. Shoes look cheap also, by the way. Do NOT order from these people. They think if you buy a pair of shoes that don't fit, too bad! What reputable business does this? NONE!

NEVER buy from these people! If they are people. I ordered a pair of shoes and it took 2 months to arrive and they did not fit, so I asked to return them for a size smaller. First I had to send a photograph of the bag and the tags inside the shoe. 10 days went by and they suggested I give them to a friend! No, I want the right size, I said. They kept saying, "Give them to a friend, and we will give you 20% off on your next order." They said it was too expensive to send them back so they refused to give me a return address. Lousy company. Shoes look cheap too.
