BAD APP & ONLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE

The vouchers is unable to redeem and change my status which stated already redeemed. Bad customer service which already submitted the online inquiries form with all the details, I even provide case ID for them to investigate but they don't bother to investigate before requesting me the info. again again and again. how many times I need to log my query and write the info to you. and the case is even handle by the same person. Unable to provide fast solutions and just wasting my time.

Popmart Malaysia is suck

Popmart Malaysia is suck. Each outlets are unable to cross check the stocks of other outlets. And I called whole day for every outlets no one pick up. And I went to pavilion kl outlet to ask for the items I want and asked about the no pick up calls issue, the staff there no even feel sorry about their services and just answer me you can whatsapp we will reply. Hello! If I am not urgent why I call?!!!!! So stupid. I will never ever recommend you to others and pay other visit to your stores anymore. Just so bad attitude and bad experience when I try to reach out. As I don't want to waste my time to walk in then your outlets don't have the items that I want. You think you are so famous now and you don't need me. So I urge others please be considered. Malaysia outlets are so bad.
