Review of Centrona Gas
This is my second review.
Funny enough I received a phone call requesting the reason behind my review. When explained they were happy to cancel my direct debit.
However i never got the boiler service which I paid all year and I am still waiting for my tax invoice which I did request them several times via email.
This company should be and will be reported under the Consumer right act.

Not worth even one star. These people are absolutely useless, incompetent and deceivers. They simply do not care about they customers. Even though I am still a paying customer they are refusing to conduct the yearly boiler service/check. They also have refused to send me the yearly proof of payment for the tax return purposes. They have a complete disregard for their customers. They rarely answer the phone and they Do Not reply to the emails. So, If I was you I would stay away from this people. Do not waste your money with them. Stay Away from them. They are utterly useless and liars.....
