We recently ordered 2 pandora birthstone heart charm,they were different birthstones has they were for 2 people as presents,while the delivery service and communications were very good,and the actual charms were as we wanted,the experience was sadly let down by only receiving one gift box with both charms in,not ideal when for different people, might be only a small thing but an important one.
