All you have to do is ask the Chat GTP is it OpenAI Chat Gtp. The answer it gives you will let you know what these guys are up to.

$70 after converting to AUS for 2 small bottle of purple water…

After realising the product was in USD and converted to AUD to be almost double what was advertised i feel like I completely got ripped off. So I would hope it at least did what all the videos were showing. when I got it I followed the instructions and generously applied to the cleaned car. I did the front door and hoped it was going to be amazing, but it just did nothing, I also tried the water spray over the area to see if it would be like the ads where the water beads off and on the area not applied it sticks to the car. But NO beading effect at all, it looked no different to the area I didn't apply it. I have 2 bottles of it and was refused money back, no credit or discount nothing. $70 after converting to AUS for 2 small bottle of purple water. Terrible and now I have their ads following me every where on FB.

Any ecommerce site should state the currency by the price, its a better experience for the customer. Your product did nothing ZERO I have tried it 2 more times just to really make sure. It simply did nothing. the discount was the least you could have done and amounted to $14 (rounding up) after spending $70 its not really good enough.

i looked into sending it back back I can't get cheap shipping to the US from AUS it would cost me as much as I have spent so its not really an option as you don't refund the shipping costs

Thank you for your review.

I do apologize the product did not work as well for you as it has for many of our other customers and the fact that you missed the "Made in America" and the US address we have on our website. I believe you have already been in touch with our customer service team who were gladly sending you a return label for you to return the unused products for a full refund. I also see that you settled for a 30% refund instead.

As offered previously by the customer service team if you would be kind enough to return the unused product to us we would offer you a full refund. I am certain you would have judged the results after the first bottle so you should have 1 bottle left to return to us. Buyers always check the company address and number before ordering from a website to determine what currency they would have to pay in. 99% of our ads and emails clearly advertise us as an American company selling an American made product, again I do apologize if you missed that.
