Sadly not impressed

Sadly not impressed. Postage was slow, even allowing for COVID-19 delays. When it finally arrived after much chasing it was the wrong part, it was not the same as the one shown in the description. I then waited whilst they had to check internally with the warehouse/Packer if the correct items were in the right parts bin... long dull story short, I eventually returned the item for a full refund and ordered the correct part from someone else for less money, which happily arrived very quickly. I’ve used eSpares in the past and they’ve been fine, perhaps this was just a one off bad experience, but I’m not sure I’d buy from them again.

Super fast delivery, Ordered, picked and packed on a Sunday, delivered on Tuesday. Always delighted with the service I receive from the lovely folk at The Hambledon.
