Excellent service, and prompt delivery

This was the first time for a long time that I needed the RAC, my call centre contact was polite, and gave me an honest timescale. The patrolman, arrived well within the timescale and rang me to let me know how long it would be before he would be with me. He was polite and got on with the job, sorted out the problem and got me back on the road.

I ordered my vacuum on Saturday and it arrived on Monday, the service was excellent, the delivery driver was very pleasant and polite. My vacuum is a delight to use, it is lighter than my old one and so much more efficient, the lift away allows me to Hoover the stairs with ease

Never used Wallpaper Direct before, but saw a wallpaper I liked. The service and communication was first class. They did not have enough rolls in stock, but kept me update and delivered the wallpaper only a few days after they said. Very pleased and will use them again.

Courier is always friendly, polite and on point with timing.
