Get left behind

I had read reviews about the limited wait time for taxis when booking through booking.com and how you'd be left if you couldn't make it through in an insanely small window of time so I requested a collection time 1h30 after our scheduled landing to have plenty of time for border control and to collect our checked bags. The next page requested your flight details, I assumed for tracking purposes in case you're delayed. Nope - landed and got my phone connected again off airplane mode to instantly have a WhatsApp come through from the taxi driver noting that we had landed and the wait time had commenced. Never mind checked bags or border control, we hadn't even had steps delivered to get off the plane

The service cannot be relied upon at all

Also beware- he tried to offer sticking around to take us on the planned transfer for what ended up being almost 5 times the price hailing a taxi did cost us.

Unreliable - not able to collect within advertised time frame

Delivery to home would not be in time for when I needed the gift so I opted for in store collection. The store opening times are business hours making it fairly inconvenient and difficult to get to during the week, so I went to collect during advertised opening times on Saturday only for there to be a note that the store had closed early for the day.

Despite advertising as TescoPhoto, and holding themselves out as affiliated with Tesco, the store I collected from is not so tesco store staff could not assist me in collection so I did not receive my order in time. I paid more to order via TescoPhoto as it seemed the most likely service provider to have my gift ready on time but turned out to be unreliable.

Still no response from the customer service contact almost 2 weeks on...

No customer service; no delivery fee refund for faulty return

Stick to buying via other places such as John Lewis if you want to buy from them at all!

The products tend to be satisfactory but if you order directly from their website the customer service is non-existent. I received a faulty product, but am unhappy that I have to pay for returns after having to pay for the initial delivery as well. The initial delivery fee also won't be refunded according to the website (which is in violation of the E-Commerce Directive). My query about returns with customer service hasn't been answered in over a week meaning I've now missed my 14 day period to make a return.

Considering the cost of items is usually indicative of a good service - that is most definitely not the case here!! Won't trust ordering from them again - a risk of losing more money I'm not willing to take.
