No customer service; no delivery fee refund for faulty return

Stick to buying via other places such as John Lewis if you want to buy from them at all!

The products tend to be satisfactory but if you order directly from their website the customer service is non-existent. I received a faulty product, but am unhappy that I have to pay for returns after having to pay for the initial delivery as well. The initial delivery fee also won't be refunded according to the website (which is in violation of the E-Commerce Directive). My query about returns with customer service hasn't been answered in over a week meaning I've now missed my 14 day period to make a return.

Considering the cost of items is usually indicative of a good service - that is most definitely not the case here!! Won't trust ordering from them again - a risk of losing more money I'm not willing to take.
