Rude and unhelpful customer service…

Rude and unhelpful customer service based in China, with representatives who barely speak English. Their Facebook group is heavily moderated to control the narrative, leaving customers with no way to express genuine concerns or bring issues to management’s attention.

Accusations of theft during the return process are both ridiculous and highly unprofessional. The logistics company they use, 4PX, is equally unreliable, matching the poor service of their customer support.

Save yourself the trouble — do not waste your time expecting improvement or accountability. Please don’t bother replying with the usual scripted apology; those responses are disingenuous and part of the facade. You’ve had countless opportunities to improve and have simply ignored them. It’s clear you do not value loyal customers.

Extremely Disappointed

Extremely Disappointed – Misleading and Greedy!
Their website is deceptive and deliberately underestimates shipping costs. I had six small orders sent to their German warehouse, which they moved to Poland without my consent to cut their own costs.

Here’s what I was charged:
• Repack fee (6 orders): €18 – fair enough.
• DHL Economy shipping: €45.93 – outrageous!
• Plus €14 in extra fees because they didn’t offer prepaid taxes.

A 3 kg parcel from Germany to the UK normally costs around €20 with express shipping — Forward2Me charged nearly three times more.

As of 3rd of October parcel is still stuck in Poland after paying custom duties.

Avoid this company — misleading pricing, hidden fees, and zero transparency. Totally out of touch with reality.

Forward2me operates a warehouse in Germany where each customer has their own unique German address. When your packages arrive there, they are received and logged by our German team — you receive an email notification at that stage confirming the delivery to your German address.

After that, and without any additional cost or delay to you, your parcel is transported by our own staff and vehicles to our main processing facility in Poland — just 10 minutes away across the Oder River. This setup allows us to offer faster handling and more efficient international shipping rates while still providing you with a genuine German address for your shopping.

This cross-border logistics model is fully compliant within the EU single market and is also used by major retailers such as Amazon and Zalando to serve their German customers.

We understand how this might seem unexpected if you weren’t aware of how closely integrated our German and Polish operations are, but please be assured this process is designed to provide the best possible service and pricing for our customers.
