Accusations of theft during the return process are both ridiculous and highly unprofessional. The logistics company they use, 4PX, is equally unreliable, matching the poor service of their customer support.
Save yourself the trouble — do not waste your time expecting improvement or accountability. Please don’t bother replying with the usual scripted apology; those responses are disingenuous and part of the facade. You’ve had countless opportunities to improve and have simply ignored them. It’s clear you do not value loyal customers.
