Today I paid Halfords to supply and fit number plates. The front plate has dropped off before I got home. Sadly it is nigh impossible to make contact with Halfords to ask them to put it right. In life things go wrong but it is the response of a company to put it right. Halfords have failed 100%. Please look for an alternative supplier.

My expected delivery had the wrong postcode on it but the rest of the address was correct and you could not be bothered other than return the parcel to the sender.

I accept that when sending a parcel things can go wrong. In life not everything runs smoothly. The test of a good company/organistaion is sorting things out when something does go wrong But Myhermes's lack of interest in sorting out an issue when something goes wrong is close to zero (other than to confirm that they have lost the parcel). Before anyone thinks about using Myhermes I would suggest that they locate a claims form. I believe that they are non existent. If you can find a form I would suggest using Myhermes, because nine times out of ten they are excellent but if something goes wrong... hopeless) . If you can't find the form I would suggest looking for another courier.
