they supplied me with a faulty pc when i called. They do not pick up or answer their emails. I am disgusted, with the lack of service i would not recommend

I placed my order 2 weeks ago and have not received any tracking number or updates, I reached out to OnBuy who said they are just a broker and that I needed to contact the seller which I did, the seller told me to be patient I will have an update through DPD however I’ve never been sent any tracking number is this a scam?

I placed an order with Nando’s in…

I placed an order with Nando’s in Northampton I paid £41 for what can only be described as scraps, I contacted the restaurant and spoke with the manage very rude basically said it’s not his problem and to contact Deliveroo ? I paid Nando’s for the food not Deliveroo Nando’s refused to replace the food or give a refund.
I was disgusted with the food and service in all. I raised a complaint on their website and guess what not a word from Nando’s head office.
I can honestly say in this current climate when money is tight how can a big company like Nando’s think that this is the way to treat customers.

Very poor service

Very poor service, I have been basically ignored. I raised a concern with a Nando’s order and was advised to contact Deliveroo which I did with supporting photos, I have asked for an update twice and I’m still waiting for a response happy enough to take your money, not so happy to return it.

This company is a scam they take your money and don’t send you the goods when you contact them they go offline do not use them it’s a con….
Now saying I didn’t put my full address on the shipping details strange that as they confirmed my address at the point of purchase just more excuses …

I purchased some mats that were…

I purchased some mats that were advertised as great quality, however they were far from the description given, I returned the mats for a refund. I received notice the mats had been received it’s was a further 2 days before I had confirmation of a refund at this time of writing this review I’ve still to receive any refund or response to my messages.
I would not recommend this company.

I purchased a vehicle from the Milton…

I purchased a vehicle from the Milton Keynes site the prep was not very good, it had overspray on the panels and windows. The car was not cleaned very well the centre glovebox had lollies and pens left in there.
I’m from the trade so the overspray was not so much of an issue.
The after sales aspect is also poor Ive been chasing some information and have been told I will let you know tomorrow then tomorrow comes and no call and still no call to date.
Makes you feel I’ve got your money and that’s all that they care about.

I had my car MOT done at Kettering

I had my car MOT done at Kettering, after leaving the centre I had an issue with my brakes, I rang the manager to discuss and they arranged recovery of my car they found the problem which as it happens had nothing to do with the garage as I first thought. I have to say a big thank you to the manager whose name I can’t remember and the assistant manager Ryan for all of their help very professional and very polite. Well done guys👍

I placed two orders at the same time…

I placed two orders at the same time and received one item a few days later 10 days from order and still no delivery so I canted them and was given the answer “we have not had a reply from Royal Mail so wait 7-10 days because of holidays” and that is it poor customer service.

I received very poor customer service…

I received very poor customer service when my parcel took 4 days to be processed before being sent out for delivery it’s was my first time using my protein and unfortunately it will be the last.
