The office staff are unfailingly helpful when arranging a suitable date for the engineer to visit.
In turn, the engineers always turn up on time and are friendly and professional while carrying out the necessary work.

My email request to arrange an annual boiler service was dealt with quickly and I was advised of a date and two hour time slot.
The engineer arrived promptly and the work was carried out diligently and efficiently. At all times, the engineer was friendly and courteous and let me know how he was proceeding.
Once I received the invoice, my call to the Accounts Department to pay was again dealt with effectively and pleasantly.
I have used the company for several years and have always been very pleased with the service from office staff and engineers.
