I contacted Hozelock after having a problem with an expandable hosepipe. I was unsure if it was covered by the extended warranty. After sending an email to their customer service the matter was promptly resolved and within days a replacement hosepipe was shipped to my door. The service Hozelock provided was second to none, its for these reasons I'll be using their products in the future.
