Dreadful customer service and zero accountability it seems.

"Unfortunately, I am writing to you to let you know that earlier this week we discovered that DivideBuy and its customers (including you) have been the victims of a cyber incident, which involved some of your personal data being accessed....we have therefore arranged a 12 Month subscription to TrueIdentity.."
Well, try as I may, I couldn't sign up. Each failed attempt builds in a delay before you can try again and eventually you run out of time as the "offer" was only open until the end of March.
Did I contact DivideBuy? Sure did. Did they EVER reply? Nope. So, their digital co*k-up lost my sensitive data to the wild and their solution is to then ignore me. Fab guys.
