The delivery guy had attitude

The delivery guy had attitude.
All is recorded on our door bell cam.
I understand they are on a time limit and probably targeted on delivery time. But there is no need to be rude.

Disgusting Con Artists

I booked via KIWI.com and all went smoothly. As soon as i payed, i sent the confirmation to my friend and he informed me that i got his birthday wrong by one day. I instantly tried to change it and there was a charge of £60 for this. I looked at the terms and conditions and it does state any changes are chargeable. I called Ryanair who the flight is booked with and they informed me that there is a 48 hour grace period of being able to change lots of things on the booking. But i was unable to do this as i did not verified myself on Ryanairs system. KIWI.com verified me. But the thieving con artists did this with my address which they on purposely spelled wrong and my telephone number with two of the numbers wrong way round. Plus, they used their own email address to make sure to keep control of the booking. They are con artists. Once i told them that i know what they did and that i needed the email address of which the booking was made, they went quiet. If they just changed one digit from a 4 to a 5, then this review would not be here. Instead, they have caused me 24 hours of stress and aggravation, only to find out this could be done free of charge.
I will avoid them in the future. They are not human beings. Disgusting money grabbing business.

Awful customer service

Amazing Reviews. But they let me down. They sent the wrong photo after waiting 3 weeks. And now they will not respond to me. So after they make a mistake, they seem to avoid communication. I didnt want to write anything bad. But they forced my hand to come on here just to get a response. Emailed 3 times and tried calling on the number they provided from google that doesnt work. Not happy.

Lovely speaking people on the phone but…

Lovely speaking people on the phone but this does not mean good gas and electric provider. Plus, the 26 minute wait on the phone was painful.
Also, most of the good reviews are from people who work for EON next.

AMAZING

I have been turned away by 3 different financial advisers/mortgage brokers and 3 different banks. Then I met Adele! I am very lucky to have found her. She has helped me remortgage my house to a buy to let and got me another mortgage for my current home.
Adele is open and upfront. She did not hesitate to give me good news or bad news and she gave me a reality check when I needed one. For this I am very thankful.
The knowledge and experience she possess is invaluable. From this, she got us an amazing deal, a healthy cashback and sorry to be soppy but... a new lease of life. We are very grateful.
Highly recommend Adele. Also, Gina who is the financial administrator. She has responded to my emails very promptly each time. And i have sent a lot of emails! I have never had such an Amazing service. They have answered all my silly questions and have supported me all the way through.
Once again. We highly recommend Adele.

Great Platform. Good service.
User friendly. Easy to use. Good price with a discount. Deliveries were debatable but ok. The customer service did care and tried to resolve my issues. So a respectable 4 out of 5 is fair.

Using EduCare via Childcare.co.uk.
It is easy and user friendly. From the voice speaker to the reading material. Even when i had login problems and technical problems, the customer service team was there for me. Both on the phone and via email.
No. I dont work for them. I just appreciate them so much that i cant speak highly of them enough.

If i could give 6 stars then i would.
Perfect site for parents and carers.
As a childminder, they have checked my documents, ids, certificates... etc...
They also offer so much support and training and online courses. On top of that, insurance, templates, tips and hints..
NO i do not work for them. I am just genuinely thankful for them. I cant reccomend them enough.

Disgusting human beings

Disgusting human beings.
Me and my fiance have been ordering and returning possible wedding dresses for a few months now. (Due to covid, this is the most efficient way to try on dresses)
We ordered one from Selfridges, arrived, opened the box and as always, we are careful to try on. Noticed there was no ticket label or anything. We assume its too expensive to attach anything on it. The dress was too small so packed it and returned it carefully on the same day. Cut a long story short... they are saying we damaged it. We are gobsmacked and disgusted by this claim. Yet, they have not provided any evidence how the dress was prior to sending it out.
Seriously avoid them. Will carry on and fight until i get my money back. Even if i need to take them to court.

Very Happy

I had questions regarding the terms and conditions. Went on online chat and asked the person (Nathan) to give me a call back. He called me instantly. We spoke and he explained everything thoroughly. Signed up right there and then over the phone.
Very happy with the service.
