I booked via KIWI.com and all went smoothly. As soon as i payed, i sent the confirmation to my friend and he informed me that i got his birthday wrong by one day. I instantly tried to change it and there was a charge of £60 for this. I looked at the terms and conditions and it does state any changes are chargeable. I called Ryanair who the flight is booked with and they informed me that there is a 48 hour grace period of being able to change lots of things on the booking. But i was unable to do this as i did not verified myself on Ryanairs system. KIWI.com verified me. But the thieving con artists did this with my address which they on purposely spelled wrong and my telephone number with two of the numbers wrong way round. Plus, they used their own email address to make sure to keep control of the booking. They are con artists. Once i told them that i know what they did and that i needed the email address of which the booking was made, they went quiet. If they just changed one digit from a 4 to a 5, then this review would not be here. Instead, they have caused me 24 hours of stress and aggravation, only to find out this could be done free of charge.
I will avoid them in the future. They are not human beings. Disgusting money grabbing business.

Amazing Reviews. But they let me down. They sent the wrong photo after waiting 3 weeks. And now they will not respond to me. So after they make a mistake, they seem to avoid communication. I didnt want to write anything bad. But they forced my hand to come on here just to get a response. Emailed 3 times and tried calling on the number they provided from google that doesnt work. Not happy.

Disgusting human beings.
Me and my fiance have been ordering and returning possible wedding dresses for a few months now. (Due to covid, this is the most efficient way to try on dresses)
We ordered one from Selfridges, arrived, opened the box and as always, we are careful to try on. Noticed there was no ticket label or anything. We assume its too expensive to attach anything on it. The dress was too small so packed it and returned it carefully on the same day. Cut a long story short... they are saying we damaged it. We are gobsmacked and disgusted by this claim. Yet, they have not provided any evidence how the dress was prior to sending it out.
Seriously avoid them. Will carry on and fight until i get my money back. Even if i need to take them to court.
