DO NOT ORDER!!!

DO NOT ORDER!!!! Avoid Selfridges as they send faulty items and then when you return it, they don’t send you a refund!
I have been trying for over 4 weeks to get a refund and it’s one after another!
And do be fooled into sending an email fao of social media team as they do nothing!!!

The worst place for a refund.

The worst place for a refund.
I am in dispute with a faulty item and previously wrote a negative review and had a reply to contact the customer service's department who again did nothing.
Avoid Selfridges at all costs!!!!

Absolutely shocking customer service…

Absolutely shocking customer service from Selfridges!
Disappointed with such a big company!
My husband ordered my a pair or Louboutins for our anniversary and they had a slight mark on them so I went I return them and they are refusing to refund me for a Faulty item sent by themselves.
I have gone back and forth with the customer service team who have stopped replying to my emails.
A bunch of racists too!
STAY AWAY!!!!
